Are you a natural leader with a passion for creating long-term partnerships with dental practices and specialist clinicians to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and mutual business success?
We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Partnership Manager to join our fabulous team at Ceramiart Dental Laboratories in London.
- Full-time hours available, 40 hours per week over 5 days
- Competitive hourly rate from £19p/h
The Practice Partnership Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic relationships between the dental laboratory and PortmanDentex practices. The role focuses on creating long-term partnerships with dental practices and specialist clinicians to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and mutual business success.
The Practice Partnership Manager works closely with clinicians and practice teams to identify opportunities where laboratory services and digital workflows can improve the patient journey.
The Practice Partnership Manager will work closely with a partnered laboratory on future development of services and digital workflows to future proof the laboratory.
About you

- Business Development & Growth - Identifying and securing new business opportunities with dental practices
- Client Relationship Management - Building strong, long-term relationships with Associate Dentists, treatment coordinators, and practice managers, and acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Strategic Partnerships - Positioning the laboratory as a valued partner rather than a supplier.
- Commercial & Market Intelligence - Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Internal Collaboration - Leading, supporting and developing the laboratory team with digital advancements
- Laboratory Operations - Managing the daily operations of the laboratory supported by the partnered laboratory technical team
Skills & Experience
- Experience within the dental or laboratory sectors.
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or commercial relationship management.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- GDC Qualified Technician
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to travel to other UK locations as required
