Job Description

The Customer Success Associate ("CSA") is part of Portfolium's Employer Solutions team. The objective of this role is to drive adoption of our product, Portfolium TalentMatch, resulting in helping our customers achieve their goals of hiring better talent faster. The CSA will onboard, train/refresh, and monitor health of our customers' usage patterns. In many cases, the CSA will get hands-on to actually use the product on behalf of customers in order to "teach them how to fish."

Key Responsibilities

  • Immerse yourself into our TalentMatch product as an end-use/practitioner.

  • Help develop the usage "playbook" for customers.

  • Work with marketing to develop how-to content for customers.

  • Encourage customers to utilize appropriate Portfolium resources (i.e., help.portfolium.com, webinar recordings, how-to guides and ebooks).

  • Monitor usage, proactively contact clients upon low usage and deliver coaching/training (to both groups and individuals) to improve their utilization.

  • Utilize Portfolium's internal admin portal and CRM to understand both usage and account history and behavior.

  • Develop and share reports useful for customers, and work with product to "bake" these reports into our core user experience.

  • Work in partnership with Sales (account executives) to manage relationships in a seamless, holistic manner.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven sales and/or consulting experience, OR:

  • 1+ years of of account management or customer success experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Great communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent project management and time management skills

  • Comfortability and competency presenting to audiences via online meeting software

  • Driven by a love for an amazing mission-based / startup opportunity, not just a "job"

  • Creative, flexible, and adaptive in a new and changing role

  • Hungry to learn big, achieve big, and win big personally and as a team

  • Familiarity with either SaaS (software as a service) or the HR/recruiting market a plus
