Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team based in London (remote for the time being). As a Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with the Business Development team to uncover new opportunities. You’re providing quality, actionable information to Business Development in order to bring in new business.

As this is a junior role, you will receive mentorship and support from the team in learning about the AR industry, the advertising sector, how to effectively find clients and convert opportunities into revenue. This will give you amazing exposure to the wider business - also one of the benefits of being at a startup! This stepping stone position is great for anyone looking to work in the fast-paced world of a pioneering digital technology company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate scalable, high-quality leads through research of best industry/brands to target and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

  • Identify decision-makers and research prospects' contact information

  • Drive revenue growth through outreach emails (5000/month) & phone calls with a focus on setting up meetings for the Business Development team members

  • Manage the lead generation process to effectively pass on qualified leads to Sales Executives

  • Represent our company’s products and services and find the best ways to communicate this to different audiences

  • Work with Business Development to keep CRM (HubSpot) fully up to date and the pipeline current

  • Update Company Dashboards on a weekly basis

  • Work closely with the Business Development team on other projects

  • Performing admin duties including: assisting in preparing information and research materials, creating and maintaining presentations, note taking during meetings

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency with Gmail, Google Drive etc.

  • Highly accomplished in written and verbal communication skills

Optional Requirements:

  • Recent graduate

  • Previous internship experience

  • Experience in sales research, working in a tech startup
