PopHealthCare, LLC (PHC) is looking for an experienced Operations Data Analyst to drive improved operational performance reporting across PHC through development and delivery of data driven analytics. 

The Operations Data Analyst identifies and recommends operational improvement opportunities through reporting, process and trend analysis and develops reports for data analysis to support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates strong analytical skills, by identifying, researching and resolving operational issues and performing ad hoc performance analysis as required.
• Provide analysis and support for continuous improvement projects.
• Develops requirement specifications according to standard templates, using non-technical language related to resolutions of operational issues.
• Produce and distribute operational reports.
• Collaborates with internal stake holders to identify and mitigate possible operational issues with larger enhancement initiatives.
• Effectively communicate analysis results to business leaders using strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 – 5 years analyst experience.
• 2 – 5 years healthcare experience required.
• Experience in data mining and analysis a must.
• Excellent Microsoft Office experience, especially in Excel and Access.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
