PopHealthCare is currently seeking a Full-time Territory Manager in the Jacksonville, FL area. At PopHealthCare, our mission is simple – to lead the effort in reimagining how healthcare is delivered. Job Summary: The Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for building high-quality, high-value relationships between PopHealthCare and the leading medical groups, hospitals and health systems (provider organizations) in an assigned area to drive enrollment in PopHealthCare services. The role will also require interaction between the TM and patients.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Schedule assigned provider group members into PHC services through telephonic and face to face engagement
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned Provider Organizations maintaining ongoing communication (formal and informal) including face to face and follow up phone calls
  • Source out and participate in community events, forums and conventions
  • Maintain ongoing communication (formal and informal) including face to face and follow up phone calls to assigned provider organizations
  • Conduct PHC service presentations and educational in-services
  • Meet and/or exceed referral/engagement assigned goals and identify opportunities for increased referrals and engagement

Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years of experience in medical sales, provider practice sales, or key healthcare related account management
  • Willing to work flexible or extended hours to accomplish business goals
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willing to drive frequently to do site visits and comfortable with 40-60% percent in market travel
