Our Nurse Practitioners are responsible for providing health care to patients located in a nursing facility. Our NPs are critical members of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to patient care.

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered RN and NP license in the state of practice
• National board certification in adult, family or geriatric specialties
• Active DEA license
• Current BLS for medical provider
• 2+ years practice experience, nursing home or assisted living experience preferred
• Must have valid state driver license and automobile insurance
• Strong computer skills with knowledge working in an Electronic Medical Records system
• Experience in care of adult, chronically ill patients
