We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist (4–6 years) who can apply advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to solve high-impact business problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of statistical expertise, programming skills, and real-world deployment experience, enabling them to deliver models that drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, build, and optimize predictive models and machine learning algorithms for real-world business challenges.

• Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimentation (A/B testing) to validate solutions.

• Data Handling: Work with structured and unstructured datasets (text, images, logs, transactional data) for exploratory and production use cases.

• Deployment & Monitoring: Deploy ML models into production pipelines, ensuring scalability, monitoring, and continuous performance improvement.

• Collaboration: Partner with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Business Stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest developments in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP, applying innovative techniques where appropriate.

• Visualization & Storytelling: Communicate findings through clear visualizations, dashboards, and data storytelling to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist with proven impact on business outcomes.

• Strong proficiency in Python and/or R, with hands-on experience in ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost.

• Solid expertise in SQL and data wrangling techniques.

• Strong background in statistical modeling, NLP, predictive analytics, and feature engineering.

• Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML) is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model versioning, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes) preferred.

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
