What You’ll Do

• Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff to post-deployment—across development, outstaffing, or support engagements.

• Collaborate with clients to refine scope, capture requirements, and align expectations.

• Work closely with technical teams (developers, DevOps, QA) to track sprint execution, remove blockers, and deliver quality outcomes.

• Drive product thinking—translating high-level or ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable plans aligned with user outcomes.

• Lead UATs and demos, maintaining a tight feedback loop with both internal QA and client business units.

• Handle shifting dynamics—manage conflicts, reprioritize quickly, and stay composed in ambiguity.

• Spot upsell opportunities based on client pain points (e.g., DevOps audits, analytics dashboards, training workshops).

• Maintain visibility with clear documentation, reports, and meeting summaries.

Communication Excellence

• Clear, concise, and audience-specific communication

• Confident in driving discussions, not just passively relaying messages

Technical Fluency

• Understands how modern systems work end-to-end: APIs, databases, SDKs, cloud infra, CI/CD, and common failure modes

• Can participate meaningfully in architectural discussions, estimate complexity, and flag unrealistic timelines—even without writing code

• Not just tool-savvy (Jira, Git, Slack) but systems-aware: knows why things break, where to look, and who to ask

Product Orientation

• Skilled at translating ambiguous or high-level business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workable roadmaps

• Comfortable leading discovery conversations to clarify needs, fill gaps, and surface edge cases early

• Drives solution design collaboratively with stakeholders and tech teams, even when formal documentation is missing or incomplete

Situational Navigation

• Handles scope creep, delays, inter-team tensions, and difficult stakeholders with diplomacy

• Adapts quickly in high-stakes, high-ambiguity environments, including managing challenging stakeholder dynamics

Upselling Mindset

• Identifies gaps or adjacent needs and frames them as business opportunities

• Can pitch ideas based on observed gaps—compliance, analytics, automation—not just because “it could be billable”

Bonus Points

• Background in fintech, startups, AI/ML-enabled platforms

• Experience working with integrations, migrations, or mobile-first apps

• Prior agency, consulting, or client-facing delivery experience

• Can demo tools, lead discovery calls, or contribute to proposals

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in project or product management (technical projects)

• Bachelor's degree in CS, EEE, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Solid English communication—written and spoken
