Polygon Technology is hiring Business Development Executives with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, arranging meetings, physically visiting clients, and supporting the onboarding process for our IT solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct physical visits to prospective client offices to present our services and build strong business relationships.
• Schedule and organize client meetings and follow-ups to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
• Assist in the client onboarding process and ensure seamless handover to the internal project teams.
• Prepare and manage business documentation including proposals, pitch decks, and client briefs.
• Maintain an organized client database and actively manage the sales pipeline.
• Stay updated on company services and market trends to confidently address client queries.
   

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university (Business, Marketing, or relevant field).

• 2–3 years of professional experience in business development or sales, preferably in an IT or technology company.

• Willingness to travel locally and physically visit client offices as needed.

• Good understanding of IT services and digital solutions is an added advantage.

• Experience in client documentation and proposal preparation will be highly preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bengali.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven role.
