Job Description

  • Monitor system performance with a sharp eye and intention to issue/bug resolve
  • Providing Technical Support via ticketing system/live chat
  • Follow SOP for proper escalation of unresolved issues with SLA Compliance
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and keep detailed bug reports & checklists up-to-date
  • Contribute to solve issues, and participate in on-call support, ensuring stability and performance of the system infrastructure
  • Providing Level 1, Level 2 & in cases Level 3 Tech-support to customers
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide services to meet utmost business needs
  • Monitor and coordinate customer incidents from detection to resolution
  • Automating internal processes via scripting/tooling

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent industry experience
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • 0-2 years of professional experience as a TechOps/System/Technical Support Engineer
  • Knowledge of Freshdesk (or other helpdesk/ticketing system) is a MUST
  • Knowledge of Jira/ClickUp is a PLUS
  • Experience of working with ITIL/Agile framework is a PLUS
  • MUST be a team player & quick learner
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
