Kyrlab is an innovation lab. We have a studied approach to product design and development. We conduct user research early, think carefully about language, know what to measure and what to ignore, and create holistic experiences across product and brand.

We’re building a team of product specialists and collaborating with top software development companies to launch new products and services. The company was founded by Gokhan Polat, who has 10 years of product management experience and co-founded several companies, one of which was sold OLX. We believe Kyrgyzstan is ripe for building own products. By bringing in the newest product discovery techniques and developing our existing talent, we can find success in outside markets.

1. Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information
2. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
3. Liaise with manager to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
4. Oversee procurement and rent of facilities
5. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
6. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
7. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
8. Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

1. Proven work experience as a coordinator or similar role
2. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
3. An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
4. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
5. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
6. Good conversational and written English skills
