We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Language Model Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, fine-tuning, and implementing Large Language Models based on Meta’s open-source LLM. This role requires a blend of machine learning expertise, natural language processing skills, and software development knowledge.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing machine learning models, specifically LLMs.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with NLP and text processing techniques.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, big data tools, and distributed computing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Meta’s open-source LLMs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Prior experience in a software development role.
