Job Description

Points is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Partnerships to join our global Marketing team. This is a permanent role, based in our regional UK office (Kew), servicing the Europe region.

You will be responsible for developing marketing plans that drive revenue growth and product adoption for your international partner portfolio. You are a passionate and tenured marketer with a knack for building relationships (both internally and externally), nurturing a portfolio of clients, and driving results. You will identify the marketing initiatives that best meet the partner’s growth objectives; sell-in and implement the plan & proactively grow the portfolio as a Subject Matter Expert on marketing strategy.

Reporting to our London-based Director, Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and presenting marketing strategies, key findings, and campaign performance to senior stakeholders for your portfolio of international loyalty program clients.
  • Oversee the marketing planning process across your entire partner portfolio, optimizing schedules in order to maximize performance.
  • Create opportunities to integrate the entire Points product suite into existing loyalty program relationships (aka upsell!).
  • Collaborate with our internal data and analytics team members to provide smart business recommendations using the most advanced segmentation, personalization and targeting tactics in the industry.
  • Join forces with our internal Creative Services and Media Demand Generation teams to develop messaging and tactics that will deliver on (or even better - exceed) performance expectations.
  • Be a champion of growth who consistently brings ideas to the table, identifying new and innovative opportunities, finding ways to leverage our data-led marketing capabilities and actionable insights to inform strategy and tactics.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated omni-channel marketing experience with strong data-driven decision-making that drives results
  • Proven ability to grow and nurture client relationships 
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to anticipate obstacles and quickly generate alternative solutions/ideas
  • Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience working in a data-rich environment to uncover key insights to inform recommendations
  • Must have a valid passport and ability to travel internationally - this role requires willingness and flexibility to travel whenever business requires, up to 25% globally.
