Plus is searching for Global Mobility Counselors to join our Client Services team. Someone with 3 or more years of experience working in the global mobility field in a similar role. An ideal candidate will possess skills in their international and domestic relocation knowledge, attention to detail, communication, and working in a fast-paced environment. This role will be working under the direction of our Client Services Manager and is available on a remote working basis in the U.S., or from our headquarter office in Minneapolis, MN.

Global Mobility Counselor Overview: 

You will have the responsibility of delivering a superior customer experience through the expert management of the mobility process for our corporate clients and their relocating employees.

What your day as a Global Mobility Counselor looks like: 

• Providing leadership to our corporate clients and relocating employees through their mobility journey 
• Serving as the expert in the mobility process
• Educating and advising relocating employees on expectations, expenses, taxes, timelines, service options, and resources
• Coordinating mobility services and monitor for effectiveness, cost, and quality
• Learning and executing each client’s culture and philosophy toward mobility to develop and maintain customer loyalty
• Supporting Plus business objectives to ensure growth and profitability
• Collaborating with Plus team members to identify and implement service improvement opportunities and program enhancements
• Supporting and collaborating with internal customers

What you will bring to this position:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously, as well as be part of a successful team
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challenges
• Strong attention to detail and consultative skills
• Understands global relocation services and operational delivery
• College degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 year of experience in global mobility field
