Plus is looking for a Global Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. Someone with 2 or more years of experience working in the relocation industry, preferably with experience managing global mobility vendors. An ideal candidate will possess skills in contract negotiation, project management, and customer service, while working in a fast-paced environment. This role will be working under the direction of our Global Supply Chain Manager.

Global Supply Chain Specialist Overview: 

You will be responsible for the ongoing identification, development, and maintenance of Plus global supply partners and supplier services.

What your day as a Global Supply Chain Specialist looks like: 

• Performing end to end supplier management for assigned relocation services suppliers including, but not limited to, ongoing analysis, sourcing, contract management, onboarding, ongoing training and performance management
• Serving as the first point of contact for all global supply chain escalated service issues with suppliers and service delivery team
• Acting as assigned services subject matter expert
• Participating in client reviews and new client implementations as needed
• Assisting with responses to client RFP/RFI
• Assisting with cost estimate or pricing requirements as needed

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously, as well as be part of a successful team
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Innovative and able to challenge existing processes
• Ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challenges
• College degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in global mobility or vendor management
