Plus is looking for a Global Mobility Counselor to join our Client Services team. Someone with 1 or more years of experience working in a similar position within the mobility industry. An ideal candidate will possess skills in their attention to detail, communication, organization, and working in a fast-paced environment. This role will be working under the direction of our Director of Client Services in the Hong Kong office.

Global Mobility Counselor Overview: 

You will be responsible for the overall mobility process management. You will be educating, advocating, and expertly coordinating services while working with clients and relocating employees.

What your day as a Global Mobility Counselor looks like: 

• Communicating with clients and relocating employees with a focus on expertise and advocacy
• Learning each client’s organizational culture and philosophy toward relocation costs and benefits, in order to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Coordinating and managing all service events during the assignment or relocation; monitor for effectiveness, cost, and quality of service provided
• Using creative problem-solving skills to proactively lead clients and relocating employees
• Supporting internal and external customers in the facilitation and understanding of relocation expense processes
• Aggressively collaborating with Plus team members on service improvement opportunities and program enhancements
• Participating in client reviews, policy discussions, and new client implementations
• Communicating and recommending program improvements to the client relations manager as needed
• Serving as a Plus representative to local suppliers, client contacts, and industry peers

What you will bring to this position:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously, as well as be part of a successful team
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required)
• Ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challenges
• College degree preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar position within mobility industry
• Eligibility to work in Hong Kong
