Sales Product Support Representative- Remote

The Product Support Representative (PSR) will be part of the GitPrime Support team, supporting GitPrime customers and it’s platform. The PSR is the voice of GitPrime and constantly evolving with our product and service. This person will love to learn and communicate their knowledge to our customers and the rest of the team. You will learn and utilize skills in technical writing, troubleshooting, and website monitoring.
A PSR must love a challenge and in return will learn as much as they can retain. Our support team is very team-oriented with a lot of interaction outside of the Support department.

Able to “think outside the box” to provide solutions and/or troubleshooting
Collaborative, likes to work with and understand different teams within Pluralsight
Punctual and responsible for your schedule
Able to understand basic troubleshooting of problem identification, research, and follow process
Multitasker with great organizational skills
Able to efficiently manage their time between their responsibilities
Great communication skills both internally and externally (customers)
Open to flexible work schedule
What you’ll own:
Communicate with customers over email, chat and conference calls
Manage support tickets and resolve issues
Work with Customer Success Managers to resolve customer challenges
Work with product and engineering teams to resolve technical issues identified by Customers
Experience you’ll need:
Minimum 2-year experience in a support role (or related role)
Higher-education strongly preferred
Technology-oriented, familiar with basic technology
Familiar with Jira, Sales Force, Zendesk
