Voice of the Customer Analyst

Job Description

As the Voice of the Customer Analyst you will be responsible for creating, maintaining,  analyzing and communicate themes within our customer feedback data. You will work with key stakeholders across customer success, sales and marketing to capture data, then present your findings to our product team and other senior leaders across the business.

What you’ll own:

  • Create clarity through our feedback channels to identify gaps and opportunities in our service.

  • Discovering, aggregating, and communicating customer needs throughout  the lifecycle of our customers (B2B, B2C and internal employees)

  • Communicating feedback findings to key stakeholders  

  • Working cross-functionally to capture key data points pertaining to the  customer journey

  • Measuring the effectiveness of the voice of the customer program


Experience you’ll need:

  • 1+ year of experience as a business analyst and experience working closely with product teams highly preferred

  • Strong communication skills. Demonstrated ability to speak on a technical level and communicate clearly with product managers and business leaders

  • Understanding of BI tools (Tableau) and how to interface with raw qualitative data sets
