We are seeking an innovative & experienced product development leader to help Pluralsight create the technology skills supply chain of the future. Reporting to the General Manager for Technology Leader products within the Experience Org, this person will be responsible for formulating strategic product development plans, building teams, and delivering software products that enable adaptable, reliable, scalable, and secure technology organizations.

You are focused on flow efficiency above all and know how to facilitate efficiency improvements at the team-level.
You can’t help but believe that every problem you’re faced with can be solved. But you also understand how to identify risks, rewards, costs, trade-offs and formulate an actionable plan toward delivery.
A dedicated partner to our Practices organization, which supports our product experience teams.
Accountable for product excellence as measured by KPIs, without losing sight of, or sacrificing commitment to our customers.
What you’ll own:
Creating and managing the vision for Tech Leader “core” products
The business unit strategy that defines where Pluralsight will play on the tech leader value chain—specifically within the learning ecosystem)—and how we’ll win
Accountability for execution against the business unit strategy
Experience Org KPIs related to our Tech Leader “core” products
Responsible for all aspects of product experience team formation (identify, prioritize, assemble, recruit, hire and manage)
Product-market-fit for tech leader value chain investments, specifically within the learning ecosystem
Support refinement of the go-to-market strategy for our “core” offering by powerfully partnering with our Product Marketing teams
Collaboration with Experience Strategy Organization (XSO) to establish and manage packaging/pricing for tech leader learning ecosystem products
Collaboration with the Practices organization to ensure time-to-market is minimized while delivering products which meet Enterprise needs for reliability, scalability, and security
Experience you’ll need:
Prior experience building and leading nimble product experience teams
Prior experience with all phases of employee management (recruit, hire, promote, terminate)
Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable gathering, analyzing and synthesizing data, systems, and processes to drive product experience team success
