Playtech Managed Services is looking for a proactive People and Culture Projects and Payroll Specialist with excellent communication skills to join the People and Culture team. This one-year fixed-term role gives you the chance to develop your skills and make an impact in a fast-paced team environment.
Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
- Lead and coordinate People & Culture projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Support the design and implementation of initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, well-being, and sustainability.
- Align DEI and GDPR local programs with the global vision.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources, prepare multiple reports and contribute to continuous improvement by proposing solutions based on analyzed data.
- Support payroll operations by reviewing schedules, performing control checks, validating and comparing reports, and maintaining the payroll database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business priorities and annual planning.
- Execute and participate in the organization and execution of all company events (events, team building, etc.).
- Participate in the implementation of new software and tools to optimize work processes, as well as in the development of departmental policies.
Qualifications

- Hold a degree in HR or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Are fluent in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy (MS Office, Excel).
- Excel in communication skills and building strong relationships.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively and thrive in a team environment.
- Are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
