Job Description
🎧 Tech Support – Streaming & Systems
You’ll help keep our tech studio running smoothly and reliably. From setting up video streaming gear to solving hardware issues, you’ll be the go-to for keeping things connected and glitch-free.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide support for video streaming, data, optical, and network systems
Install and maintain equipment like cameras, audio/video cards, and cabling following company procedures
Set up, manage, and troubleshoot laptops, hardware, and other devices as needed by the team
Qualifications

🎓 Technical or university-level education
🏢 Availability to work on-site
⏰ Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night)
🗣️ Advanced spoken English skills
🛠️ Previous experience in Technical Support roles
