Job Description

As a PitBoss Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for PitBosses across the organization. The role includes evaluating PitBoss performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to travel occasionally as required by business needs.

Core Responsibilities

1. Training Design & Delivery

  • Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs for PitBosses globally (remote and in-person).
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide structured feedback to ensure a smooth transition to independent work.
  • Coach underperforming staff through targeted retraining to meet company competency standards.
  • Continuously improve training materials and curricula to adapt to evolving work environments and technical changes.

2. Live Operations & Oversight

  • Organize and control operations facility during shifts, identifying and resolving technical or operational disruptions immediately.
  • Monitor live game presenters and shufflers, correcting mistakes in real-time to maintain game integrity.
  • Stop games or cancel rounds when necessary to mitigate risks according to company policy.

3. Auditing & Process Improvement

  • Conduct professional PitBoss process audits to identify operational gaps.
  • Design and implement control processes to remedy identified risks and improve overall efficiency.
  • Develop data-driven reports and presentations for senior management regarding audit observations and future action plans.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Enforce strict compliance with operational rules, procedures, and newly introduced protocols.
  • Utilize CCTV and operational data to investigate potential fraud, gross misconduct, or safety risks.
  • Act as a representative of management, maintaining professional communication and protecting confidential information at all times.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency: Advanced user level in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel occasionally as required by business needs.
  • Languages: Full professional fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

  • Advanced Facilitation: Proven ability to teach, present, and motivate diverse groups; able to explain complex innovations or company rules clearly and unambiguously.
  • Networking & Cooperation: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate different cultural views and manage conflicts in diverse situations.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary Range: $60,000 to $65,000 depending on location
  • Yearly Bonus
  • Vacation Days: 12 days
