Playtech‘s Joint Venture and USA unit in Sofia Bulgaria, is looking for a driven Business Project Manager that will lead and manage customer facing business projects across multiple regulated markets, with a special focus on Latin America, Spain, and Portugal. 

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Take care of our key clients all over the world by leading and managing full-cycle client projects, such as content integrations, standalone platform setups, and platform migrations, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
  • Create and maintain clear project plans and timelines while coordinating between internal delivery teams, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide structured communication, status updates, and visibility throughout the project lifecycle to ensure a positive partner experience.
  • Represent Playtech professionally in all external interactions, maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability for each project. 

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

  • Have at least 2+ years of experience in managing and coordinating projects in the IT industry, preferably in an international work environment. 
  • Have great English skills. 
  • Have previous experience working with MS Office Tools, Monday and Jira. 
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, giving stakeholders trust in your handling of timelines, challenges, and expectations.
  • Have a strong sense of ownership and independence. 
  • Are an organiser by nature and have great prioritising skills. 
  • Have the ability to see the big picture and find the best solutions to different challenges. 
  • Have the power to stay driven and meet your goals. 
  • Manage to remain calm even in the most stressful situations.  

You'll get extra points for... 

  • Previous experience in the igaming industry or with operator platform integrations.
  • Spanish or Portuguese (spoken and written) language skills to support our target markets.
