Ready to take Bingo and Casino (Slots/Side Games) performance to the next level? We’re looking for a Bingo & Casino Performance Manager to drive results across our Bingo network; delivering growth through insight, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
- Own and drive Bingo and Casino (Slots/Side Games) performance across our network of clients.
- Build strong, outcome-driven relationships with operators and internal teams.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for Bingo and Casino performance-related queries, ensuring timely, outcome-focused communication.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance, identifying trends and risks early and responding with pace.
- Execute commercially impactful promotional campaigns, schedule changes, and product launches.
- Optimise room setup, game positioning, menus, and pacing to maximise visibility and performance.
- Share performance insights in a clear, actionable format that drives commercial decision-making.
- Feed into performance planning and prioritisation with data-led recommendations.
- Review outcomes and continuously improve activity based on performance results and feedback.
Qualifications

You must be based in, or willing to relocate to, one of the following locations:
- Gibraltar (minimum 4 days a week in the office)
- London (minimum 3 days a week in the office)
