Playtech Managed Services is looking for a proactive People and Culture Projects Specialist with excellent communication skills to join the People and Culture team. This one-year fixed-term role gives you the chance to develop your skills and make an impact in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Lead and coordinate People & Culture projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Support the design and implementation of initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, well-being, and sustainability.
  • Align DEI and GDPR local programs with the global vision.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources, providing regular reporting.
  • Prepare multiple reports and conduct initial analysis to provide clear insights for management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing data and feedback and proposing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business priorities and annual planning.
  • Execute and participate in the organization and execution of all company events (events, team building, etc.).
  • Participate in projects related to training and courses, employee performance, occupational health and safety management, etc., initiated in the department.
  • Participate in the implementation of new software and tools to optimize work processes, as well as in the development of departmental policies.

Qualifications

  • Hold a degree in HR or a related field.
  • Have 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Are fluent in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrate strong computer literacy (MS Office, Excel).
  • Are familiar with project management tools and HR systems (a plus).
  • Excel in communication skills and building strong relationships.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively and thrive in a team environment.
  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
