Job Description

Your Influential Mission: You Will…

Local Focus

  • Lead impactful communication: Drive external and internal communications for Playtech Estonia, ensuring our voice is clear, engaging, and aligned with our brand.
  • Shape our employer brand: Develop and execute strategies that position Playtech as a top employer in Estonia’s tech industry.
  • Showcase Playtech at events: Organize and manage our presence at career fairs and IT conferences, creating memorable experiences for attendees.
  • Be our ambassador: Host office visits for guests and students, sharing Playtech’s culture and values.
  • Manage public engagement: Respond to external inquiries, sponsorship requests, and collaboration opportunities with professionalism and creativity.
  • Lead CSR initiatives: Drive local Corporate Social Responsibility projects and contribute to global programs that make a positive impact.
  • Empower brand ambassadors: Coordinate and inspire our local Brand Ambassador group to strengthen internal engagement.
  • Create engaging content: Manage Playtech Estonia’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) with fresh, authentic content.

Global Focus

  • Lead internal and global People and Culture communications: Collaborate with global teams to keep employees informed and engaged, manage the communications calendar, and ensure consistent messaging across regions.
  • Develop and deliver People & Culture communications: Create and implement content, maintain templates, and coordinate timing to align global and local priorities.

Qualifications

Components for Success: You…

  • Are proactive, independent, and confident in decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels and functions.
  • Demonstrate fluency in Estonian (native level) and English (both written and spoken).
  • Bring hands-on experience in employer branding, communications, or related fields.
  • Have a higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in marketing, communications, business, or a relevant area, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Possess an analytical mindset, able to use data and insights to drive strategy and improvements.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, creating structure and processes where needed.

You’ll Get Extra Points For…

  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Certifications in communications, marketing, or related fields.
  • Previous achievements in employer branding or communications roles.
  • Experience organizing or supporting CSR initiatives.
  • Knowledge of the Estonian tech industry or labor market.
