Playtech Managed Services is looking for a responsible and communicative Customer Protection Specialist for our team.
Your influential mission. You will...
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media and obtain required client information.
- Handle all tasks concerning the prevention of money laundering, social responsibility, responsible gambling, and customer protection with priority.
- Analyze customer’s profiles to ensure the appropriate management of the account.
- Generate and analyze reports.
- Accurately update accounts with information obtained from customers.
- Keep your knowledge related to Customer Protections up to date.
- Update the Management about any important feedback from a customer or an expression of dissatisfaction with the received service that could lead to – a complaint, dispute, or potential loss of business.
