Playtech‘s Development unit is looking for a proactive Production QA Engineer with good troubleshooting skills, high energy and ability to switch quickly on different topics/projects. The role will be focused on providing support on different projects on production/staging.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Test Mobile WEB applications - including functional and non-functional testing
• Test WEB Desktop applications
• Verificate Production configurations
• Troubleshoot issues on Production
• Verificate Production issues
• Support integrations
• Support UAT processes with new brands
• Create complex configurations via internal Backend system
• Communicate with developers/stakeholders in order to solve general issues
• Report and track defects status in the bug-tracking system
• Maintain test environments (servers/microservices/DB/applications deployment)
• Create and execute Test plans for projects
• Support Dev teams when needed with participation in concrete sprints to ensure goals are met
• Support Production major & maintenance releases

• Have knowledge of the main testing methodologies
• Possess strong problem-solving and initiative skills
• Demonstrate good troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Communicate very well in English
• Have basic knowledge in SQL/MySQL
• Understand basic network issues troubleshooting (usage of SSH tools)
• Are familiar with the Agile/Scrum development process

• University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Previous experience as Technical support or similar role
• 1+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
• Experience in testing WEB  Applications
