PTR Live Technologies is looking for a skilled IT Manager to lead our IT team, ensuring our systems run efficiently and securely!

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Oversee Daily IT Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all IT services, with minimal disruption to the business.
• Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor IT team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
• Policy and Process Management: Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to align with company goals.
• Project Management: Plan and execute various IT projects, including software and hardware upgrades, network expansions, and security improvements.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions that drive business success.
• Data Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance through regular system audits and robust protocols to safeguard company assets.
• Resource Management: Efficiently budget and allocate IT resources to maximize value and control costs.

• University degree (Bachelor)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in in IT-related roles, with a proven track record of leadership;
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Proficiency in IT project management, data security, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading);
• You should have good personal skills, such as integrity, judgment, analytical skills.
