Playtech is looking for a highly motivated Promotions Executive to manage our gaming brand campaign promotions.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Develop and coordinate promotional campaign plans, including all briefs, on the company's software.
  • Create and present monthly promotional decks for 4 brands, delivering them to internal and external teams.
  • Approve all design packs related to your promotions.
  • Write and approve all copy, terms, and conditions for your promotions.
  • Oversee the setup of bonus templates, game contexts, and leaderboards to ensure promotions are ready for launch.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams during the planning stages of promotional campaigns to align strategies and maximize player engagement.
  • Work with CRM teams to ensure the correct promotional and fulfilment messaging is sent to segmented player groups.
  • Partner with product teams to develop robust marketing plans for new game launches.
  • Analyse daily retention game performance and produce weekly stats for the trading meeting.
  • Publish promotions on the site and remove them when completed.

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

  • Have experience (academic and professional) within the gaming industry.
  • Possesse experience working with back-office systems such as IMS and VF is highly desired (but not essential)
  • Demonstrate organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Have experience within a promotions/marketing team.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Possess great knowledge within Excel and Power BI.
  • Have a high level of English language proficiency and grammar.
