Playtech Sports is looking for a Junior Customer Technical Support Officer with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

The Junior Customer Technical Support Officer is responsible for the handling of day-to-day tasks and is considered the 1st level of support for the Customer Technical Support department and acts as the first point of contact between Playtech and our partners.


Your influential mission:

  • Acting as the initial point of contact for our customers concerning software and hardware issues.
  • Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving cases which are logged through our ticketing system or through the phone, and escalating issues to our Service Provider where necessary.
  • Providing support and consulting with engineers to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem via LiveChat.
  • Investigating and escalating issues and cases to the Customer Technical Support Shift Leaders where necessary.
  • Performing ad hoc tasks. 

Qualifications

  • Have strong computer skills.
  • Have relevant experience or knowledge.
  • Are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
