Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Handle work order prioritization and escalations
  • Manage specialist resource according to departmental and divisional goals and priorities
  • Support the implementation of smaller everyday projects
  • Help to identify repetitive tasks and enhance network operations daily work
  • Monitor adherence to standards, policies and procedures
  • Perform additional relevant tasks as assigned by the team leader
