Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Communicating effectively with players via various channels (Chat, Email, SMS, Phone, and Social Media)
  • Taking ownership of responsible gambling strategies and projects 
  • Constantly seeking innovative ways to detect and reduce risks and compliance issues related to responsible gambling and promote awareness
  • Upholding full compliance with relevant licensing authorities
  • Ensures timely handling of escalations and responsible gambling training for employees
  • Prioritizing tasks related to social responsibility, responsible gambling, and player protection
  • Creating tasks based on alerts from various channels
  • Generating and analyzing reports
  • Monitor the quality and efficiency of the Customer Protection Specialists
  • Create reports and recommendations based on the performance of the team

Qualifications

  • Are fluent in English
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Customer Service field
  • Possess the ability to plan and prioritize
  • Have strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Are into people management and problem-solving
