Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Install, configure, maintain, support, and upgrade corporate network equipment, connections, applications, and auxiliary systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems reported by users or systems
  • Ensure security and efficiency of IT network infrastructure according to corporate policies and procedures, including backups and disaster recovery
  • Deliver and report of IT network projects across corporate
  • Support team with technical and operational knowledge of best practices around network infrastructure management, control, and monitoring
  • Be responsible for additional relevant tasks as assigned by the team leader

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

  • Have proven experience in network administrator role in office and datacenter environments
  • Can configure, maintain and support:
    - ISP and BGP transit, Layer 2 WAN, Cisco and Juniper routers and switches
    - Firewalls, policy, site-to-site VPN, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Tufin SecureChange
    - User VPN solutions, Pulse secure
    - Network Access Control, Network Policy Server, Cisco DNA Center, dot1x
    - Wireless networks, access points, controllers, Cisco Meraki devices and portal and WLC
    - VMWare products and vCenter, ESXi, clusters, Veeam backups
    - Load balancing internal applications i.e F5
  • Possess proven experience of networking in public Clouds (AWS, Azure)
  • Have very good understanding and experience with SD-WAN technologies
  • Are self-motivated problem-solver with attention to detail, quality, and deadlines
  • Are adaptable collaborator who can work creatively across geographic and cultural boundaries
  • Prioritise integrity and continuous development.
  • Are proficient in written and verbal communication in English

The Information Technology department manages technology-related tasks, including hardware and software maintenance, system performance monitoring, data storage, and cybersecurity. IT ensures smooth operations and provides technical support to users, serving approximately 200 people.
