Playtech Managed Services is seeking a vibrant Bingo Chat Moderator to join our energetic team. In this role, you'll serve as the heart of our bingo chat rooms, engaging and entertaining players to ensure everyone has a fantastic time! Your responsibilities will include not only running online bingo chat games but also closely monitoring player interactions, offering assistance when needed, and announcing exciting promotions. With a keen ear and a knack for keeping the fun alive, you'll be the guiding light that ensures every player enjoys a memorable experience!

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will…

  • Engage in text-based online chats as a chat moderator.
  • Animate our customers and stimulate conversations.
  • Build rapport and develop long-lasting relationships with the customers.
  • Communicate with the audience warmly and pleasantly.
  • Maintain the solid reputation of our brand.
  • Ensure that the chat room etiquette guidelines are being followed.
  • Answer customer questions and encourage their participation in the chat.

Qualifications

  • Have a fluent level of English.
  • Possess excellent communication, computer, and time management skills.
  • Are available to work on shifts, including night shifts.
  • Have the capacity to multitask and moderate multiple chat rooms simultaneously. 
  • Can build trust and positive relationships with customers through consistent engagement and interactive communication.
  • Have a tactful and diplomatic approach to enforcing chat rules and guidelines while maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Can work independently and within a team, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Have a basic understanding of current events in the UK/world and can engage in conversations on various topics.

Applicants should reside in Bulgaria and have a dedicated workspace equipped with a laptop or desktop, along with a comfortable home office setup including a desk and adjustable chair. A high-speed broadband connection is also required for this full-time remote position.
