If you have at least 1 year of proven experience as an Office Assistant / Coordinator, excellent administrative & organizational abilities, outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a very good understanding of maintenance & facility services, then we highly encourage you to submit your application.
Job Description
- To welcome the company’s visitors
- To provide general administrative support to all departments of the company in their daily work.
- To provide and coordinate internal and external information flow between the company`s departments, employees, and administration, through various information channels
- To organize business trips, business meetings and management meetings, to cooperate with travel agencies, hotels, restaurants etc.
- To support such activities as company`s employee’s trips, photo sessions, internal parties, and meetings.
- To develop and keep up to date company`s records and registration, to control filing cases under it.
- To monitor and maintain storage stocks for administration needs.
- To provide employees with required amount of office supplies and order them when necessary.
- To cooperate with suppliers, make and receive orders.
- To check on office premises tidiness several times a day. To ensure that office premises are clean and tidy.
- To organize company`s internal meetings and meetings with clients, suppliers.
- To perform the various duties required to keep maintenance operations running smoothly.
- To draft correspondence, forms, and reports in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other required programs.
- To handle confidential information regularly.
Qualifications
- Good command of Romanian language both spoken and written
- Good command of English language both spoken and written
- Diplomacy, reliability, high sense of responsibility
- Solid PC knowledge (Microsoft Office suite)
- Initiative, problem-solving, serious, dynamic
- Solid communication skills (writing / speaking)
- Client oriented, able to work well with others
- Able to effectively deliver information and respond to questions from the management team, suppliers, and customers
- Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines
