Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Adhere to Pennsylvania Gaming Commission Regulations and PT Services Delaware regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and supervise IT personnel work and oversee the day-to-day operation of IT team.
  • Prepare working schedule and to fill the actual daily attendance documentation for IT team.
  • Manage and motivate assigned team in order to reach set targets and improve the quality of service.
  • Organize monthly team meetings and individual meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, inform regarding updates and upcoming plans.
  • Prepare reports according to company management instructions.
  • Keep track of and comply with internal rules and procedures and inform assigned employees about them.
  • Create new procedures and manuals according to needs.
  • Monitor, diagnose and solve problems of all production related services and hardware, to escalate issues when needed to relevant specialists.
  • Monitor the process of launching new live products.
  • Manage and configure production related services and hardware.
  • Make sure that all tasks and projects are done on schedule time and/or deadline.
  • Ability to understand and to use the IT industry regulatory enactments, standards, and technical documentation requirements.
  • Understanding and practical knowledge of the management and mentoring principles
  • To carry out any additional duties within competence of held position as instructed by management.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years of management related experience in IT field.
  • Good cooperation skills and be able to deal with potential conflicts in diverse situations.
  • Maintain a professional and clear communication with peers.
  • Be able to operate Office equipment (printers, copiers, phones, etc.).
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and be able to work on different assignments simultaneously.
  • Punctuality and precision.
  • Must be able to obtain a PA Casino Employee Registration license.
  • Must be able to work on a flexible schedule such as holidays, overtime, and weekend availability.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary: Starting at $55,000
  • Annual bonus
  • 12 PTO & 5 Paid Sick Time
