• To manage, control and motivate assigned Video stream game presenters and/or Shufflers in order to reach set targets and improve the performance, thereby increasing the quality of service the company provides.
• To ensure and monitor closely and continuously the professional level of service and other related activities in real time during the shift on the assigned gaming tables.
• To ensure the company's promotional activities and marketing activities with the appropriate attributes, equipment, outfits etc., according to customer preferences and company’s policies and keep track on its adequacy. 1.4. To follow up and summarize daily work performance of subordinated employees in accordance with management targets.

• Fluent spoken/written English
• Previous experience leading teams.
