We are looking for a passionate, target driven Account Manager who will partner with our customers and ensure their long-term success. The Account Manager role is to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, pro-actively developing the relationship and generating consistent revenue growth in line with assigned targets. The successful candidate will be results orientated and have a genuine enthusiasm for succeeding within the online gaming industry.

Account Management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across the business and understanding their assigned customers’ business in depth with a competent understanding of their KPI’s. Using the Playtech tools and “out of the box” thinking, Account Managers shall make proactive and relevant suggestions and recommendations to their customers in order to drive revenue growth. Account Managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. Our ideal candidate is able to analyse their customers websites and identify opportunities to improve the overall Playtech content exposure as well as providing dedicated day to day support and answer general queries.

  • Knowledge of the online gaming market (particularly Casino, Live Casino & Poker) with a strong understanding of the competitor landscape
  • Written and spoken English to business level is essential
  • Other languages are beneficial, especially Spanish & Russian
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills needed

Key Areas of Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Meeting/exceeding revenue targets
  • Developing strong relationships with customers and across the business internally
  • Setting up Playtech promotional tools in the back office for licensees
  • Configuring game limits
  • Delivering the Games Content roadmaps and advising on applicable content for specific markets
  • Working with BI and internal BI tools to understand and analyse your account data
  • Presenting BI data on the performance of your accounts internally & externally
  • Providing first level business support and being a point of escalation for all queries

Qualifications

Necessary work experience

  • Experience of working within an B2B global corporate world
  • Experience of working with IMS or other online platform back offices is preferred.
  • Other languages are beneficial, especially Spanish & Russian
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills needed with the ability to comfortably present both internally and externally, particularly around our product performance and industry trends
