As our UX & UI Casino Designer, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the future of our brand, ensuring our interface is innovative, intuitive, and impactful, and contributing significantly to our product vision and roadmap.

Your key responsibilities and duties are but not limited to -

• Design & Presentation: Develop and optimize impactful designs for both current and future initiatives. Create brand presentations, newsletter formats, and inputs that align with our brand identity and objectives.
• Collaboration & Communication: Engage closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology teams, and other internal and external stakeholders. Establish yourself as the primary point for design specifications, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder communication. Understand and translate the business goals and objectives of product stakeholders into actionable designs.
• Innovation & Prototyping: Propose, elaborate, and implement new design concepts. Combine creativity with design knowledge to prototype new product ideas, and champion specific innovations that will enhance our current offering and boost the customer experience.
• User-Centric Design: Conduct in-depth user research, focus groups, and user experience integrations trials. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys that illustrate content structure, hierarchy, and navigation, resulting in compelling user experiences. Provide written and visual recommendations based on research, backed by solid rationales.
• Team Participation & Contribution: Actively participate in team ceremonies like Daily Stand-Ups, System Demos, and Retrospectives. Contribute to our Casino Product Vision & Roadmap, translating requirements from wider teams into stories within our product backlog.
• Quality & Detail Orientation: Ensure that designs are executed to the highest standards. Work efficiently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and pay meticulous attention to detail.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Interact and manage relationships effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

• Proven experience in UX & UI design within the gaming industry 
• Profound understanding of Casino customer needs, particularly within the European landscape.
• Expertise in the Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Figma.
• Demonstrated ability to set design requirements for both technical and user-oriented needs.
• Capability to discuss and explain design options in depth.
• Ability to assimilate, sort, and aggregate complex information swiftly.
• Stellar presentation, documentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, coordination, planning, and influencing capabilities.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

(A test assignment will be required for the selected candidates).
