Job Description
About the role
Strong Administrator with exceptional attention to detail. Administration and Due Diligence experience would be a distinct advantage.
This role includes Due Diligence documentation review, compiling, submission on behalf of Playtech, admin tasks (arranging meetings, arranging couriers, signing, certifications etc.)
Confidentiality and flexibility is a must, as is the ability to sort chaos into order.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The main purpose of the role is to give a seamless, efficient and orderly support to a busy department so an ability to manage on track with minimum supervision is a must. You will be heavily depended upon, so it goes without saying that you will have attention to detail second to none whilst juggling several work streams.
You will be supporting the Head of CMO and Compliance Department with admin tasks, company reviews, liaising with external suppliers to arrange certificates.
There will be participation in other ad-hoc projects as and when required by the Manager
Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications required
- Good Word, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable, organised, diligent with a good eye for detail and strong systems skills - accuracy is essential
- Ability to work with confidential information, protecting the department and company information - confidentiality second to none.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player - a ‘team’ spirit – supportive and empathic, diplomatic and tactful, approachable, friendly, willing, sense of humour is a must.
- Excellent organisation
- Flexible and adaptable yet focussed, able to efficiently manage several tasks at once. Proven planning and organisational skills – ability to prioritise and ability to work on own initiative
