Reporting to the GamesLink Operations Manager, we are looking for a dedicated & passionate Account Management Operations Coordinator who will partner with our Account Managers and engage with their licensees to drive maximum promotional features/tools adoption and regular increased usage in order to promote Playtech content and drive revenue growth. This will entail arranging feature presentations, scheduling campaigns, agreeing success criteria and working with the Account Managers to analyse the results to feedback both internally and externally. You will be responsible for the set-up, arranging the configuration, carrying out testing and making sure the end-to-end process runs smoothly and professionally.  You will be expected to take a Sales led approach and provide a persuasive and compelling rationale to licensees on feature benefits and usage supported by data from our BI team. In addition, the successful Account Management Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Manager and Account Managers to manage, coordinate and improve a number of key tasks and processes which are critical to the smooth operations of the team. This will involve but is not limited to; the understanding and configuration of casino slots game limits, managing and maintaining the casino games list and assisting with the management of the roadmap rollout process.

It is vital that the right person for this role brings with them and continues to develop a good understanding of the market and competitor landscape and has a genuine interest in pushing and promoting the Playtech products and services. You will be motivated by the success of our business unit as a whole and will thrive on working towards and exceeding our revenue targets.

Key Areas of Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Work with the Casino CRM team and be involved in licensee meetings and presentations in collaboration with the relevant Account Managers to push the adoption of our internal promotional features and tools
  • Set-up, execute, and help AM’s analyse the results of the promotions which utilise our features/tools. Suggest improvements and provide feedback in collaboration with the AM’s based on the analysis.
  • Work with BI to build analysis models to help the AM’s
  • Work with the internal product teams to maintain a detailed understanding of the product features/tools and maintain a 2 way feedback between the Account Managers and Product teams to ensure that licensee needs are represented in future product developments
  • Develop and maintain strong and sustainable internal and external relationships
  • Liaise between the relevant internal departments to assist the Account Managers with the roll out of the games roadmap and maintain the games list and associated data
  • Work with the Operations Manager to maintain existing and develop new processes
  • Maintain a full understanding of the online gaming industry, the competitor landscape, market trends and game content trends
  • Pro-actively provide gap analysis in relation to Playtech products and services Vs our competitors and make suggestions and execute improvements within our team where necessary
  • Work closely with Account Managers to help drive revenues and exceed targets

  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills needed with the ability to comfortably present key selling points of features and tools to our licensees
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to assimilate, sort and aggregate complex information quickly and proficiently
  • Knowledge of the online gaming market (particularly Casino, Live Casino & Poker) with a strong understanding of the competitor landscape
  • Creative thinking, backed by analytical and problem solving skills
  • Written and spoken English to business level is essential
  • Other languages are beneficial, especially Russian, Spanish & Greek

Necessary work experience

  • Previous Casino CRM and/or Casino Product experience, ideally within B2B Online Gaming
  • Experience of working within an online B2B gaming company in a customer facing, revenue/target focused role is desirable
  • Experience of working with IMS and/or other online gaming platform back offices, particularly in relation to promotional tool configurations
