Job Description

#Playtech Gibraltar is growing, and we want YOU! We are looking for a passionate, organised and highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have high attention to details, organisational and communications skills to its best. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to our VP of Marketing and will work closely with several parts of the business at the same time.

Main Responsibilities

• Track contracting deadlines and keep all documentation up to date
• Track website update requests and follow up with HOD’s periodically
• Project manage and distribute Monday Jobs and tasks
• Manage and develop Awards Participation
• Build Relations with Affiliates/ communities and other online portals to push PT content
• Ensure contracted like ads and banners are sourced and content is delivered on time
• Manage PO system and Invoicing updates/ Budget control
• Support Event Managers with administration for events

Qualifications

• Highly organized and attentive to detail

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining in date due diligence of suppliers and various supplier contracts to ensure adherence to policy, processes which have many moving parts, and requires extreme organizational and attention to details skills.

• Great communication skills

The successful candidate will be coordinating with various parts of the company, different and strong personalities. You will be a bridge when it comes to bringing all these different parts closer together to the central marketing function.

• IT skills

Familiarity with Monday.com/Trello software is a plus, at Playtech we use Monday as our planning tool and whilst this is easy to learn we must ensure that the successful candidate understands the basics and the importance of it. A working knowledge of Excel is required.
