Job Description

Based at our offices in the World Trade Centre, and reporting into the Regional Director, we're looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our ever-growing #PlaytechFamily. You will be on top of customer business model, own and manage the day-to-day commercial contact between Playtech customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Be on top of customer business model, including Marketing strategy (i.e., Bonuses, Admin usage, etc.)
  • Responsible for customer performance and revenue growth by making strategic recommendations using: KPI(s) & Benchmark analysis
  • Promoting tasks internally (i.e., development requests, initiation of new projects)
  • To assist the Regional Director in working on group wide deals
  • To make sure that customers are aware of new Playtech products and to sell them in where possible/appropriate
  • To make sure customers have appropriate marketing materials for promoting all products.
  • To maximize revenues and profits through existing products and channels by further developing account management tools currently in existence
  • Maintain excellent relationships with each Playtech customer through regular communication and meetings
  • Co-ordinate the interface of Playtech’s project management, translation, finance, compliance, and legal processes with the customer’s equivalent staff
  • Maintain detailed customer relationship information and to share regularly with colleagues/management
  • Work on developing new marketing initiatives with customers
  • Maintain detailed information on Playtech competition in the online market for regular feedback into team
  • To maintain excellent market product and landscape knowledge for regular feedback into team
  • Managing customer requests and needs
  • Retention and Conversion strategy 
  • Providing first level business support
  • Escalation points for technical issues
  • Attend exhibitions and events.
  • Operational audit

 

Qualifications

You will be a great fit for this role if you are a highly self-motivated individual who can work well autonomously. We’re looking for someone with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ) who is passionate about the gaming industry.

  • Native to bilingual English skills, both written and spoken is A MUST! Spanish language is an advantage. 
  • Experienced with managing or working with international and external customers
  • Experience with a software or internet company in relevant position preferable
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, self-managed, team player, multitasking
  • Service and business orientated with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of internet advertising an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize and manage client engagements
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Background in managing legal contracts and documents an advantage
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships which grow revenues
  • Interest in and knowledge of sports, betting, casino games & poker.
  • Understanding of IT platforms, systems, and development processes
  • Good with numbers
  • Experience in the online gaming industry
  • Proven experience or background with Customer Services/ Customer Support B2B
