Playtech's Information Management System's (IMS) Content Team is looking for a talented and inspirational Content Development Team Lead to help the team expand their content in new and exciting directions.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Work with the Head of Product Engagement to develop and implement a content strategy that supports the company's overall content development and product marketing goals
• Lead and engage a team of three experienced professionals to develop high-quality content, including internal and external product documentation, release notes, web articles, product videos, tutorials, newsletters, and more
• Work across projects and teams with engineers, analysts, and product managers to understand product features and their benefits and translate them into high-quality, easily understandable, and engaging content
• Work with our Marketing teams and PlaytechAcademy to take maximum advantage of the variety of communication channels and opportunities they offer to engage customers, prospective customers, and the broader business with the benefits of IMS products and features
• Edit and proof-read content produced by the team to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Constantly develop and improve the writing team's standards, processes, and best practices and help the team develop their collaboration skills and the processes needed to support them
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into the content development process

• Have experience as a people leader and are comfortable leading and inspiring a team of writers
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate efficiently with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, including technical and business-oriented people, and management
• Have excellent verbal, writing, and editing skills in English
• Have experience communicating technical information in a modern and engaging voice across different types of content
• Have experience producing a variety of content such as web articles, product documentation, marketing-oriented content, newsletters, etc. (microcopy experience is a plus)
• Have an eye for detail and experience with editing and proof-reading
• Always choose the proactive path in your work life and can take things forward using fresh ideas and a confident approach
• Have a can-do attitude and are committed to delivering high-quality work
