• Identify customer problems or new opportunities and translate these into requirements (user stories)
• Oversee the product from start to finish and follow up on performance after the launch
• Solve issues related to product features and technology during development, also communicate potential risks, dependencies, and obstacles
• Perform product reviews and user acceptance testing
• Provide regular status updates and do product demos to relevant stakeholders (internal and external)

The Product Team's responsibility is to maintain the company roadmap and ensure all internal and external feature requests get prioritized in the backlog according to the business needs. The team is constantly in communication with the customers to gather information on the usage of the Videobet product and to discuss new features or modifications to existing behavior.
