Today, Playtech has over 7,000 employees working across 26 locations worldwide. To support them and the brands we work for, we have a growing communications and marketing team based in London as well as other countries around the world.

We are now seeking to add to that team by bringing in a Product Marketing Executive to support Playtech’s growth and tell our story better to our customers, stakeholders, and employees.

Job Description

Playtech is looking for a Product Marketing Executive to take a vital role in its marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, the successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring marketing campaigns are executed in a timely manner and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, but also in complete alignment with the team. They will be comfortable liaising with all departments and colleagues at all levels of seniority, capturing their feedback and working towards the continuous improvement of the product and associated marketing activities. They will have experience in executing end-to-end marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone with a great grasp of B2B product marketing, an appetite to work across multiple marketing channels, and the ability to manage a wide range of internal stakeholders in what is a fast-moving, dynamic company.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and implementing marketing for the SAAS partner programme, ensuring smooth onboarding campaigns and partner promotion campaigns  
  • Managing marketing requests from customers and supporting their B2C marketing campaigns around our games and products
  • Managing brand approval submissions from customers and ensuring they are aligned to IP owners’ approved brand guidelines
  • Managing the schedule of the marketing kits for game releases and ensuring quality control of the game packs
  • Managing the production of game sheets to promote our upcoming releases
  • Managing the execution of merchandise campaigns to promote our upcoming game releases. Working with external brand IP owners (Warner Bros Discovery, Sony Pictures, AMC etc.) and suppliers to ensure fulfilment of the merchandise campaigns
  • Working closely with the brand IP team to assist in producing the marketing collateral used to pitch Playtech as a partner  
  • Managing the production of the quarterly content roadmaps
  • Managing and executing the updates across our customer platforms – PlaytechOne (game demo site) and Marketplace (game configuration and client area)
  • Managing regular updates to the centralised Playtech sales presentation, especially prior to key trade show events
  • Managing the product page updates for Playtech.com
  • Accurate analytical skills for evaluating and discovering effective marketing strategies
  • Provide full admin and operational support
  • Collaboratively work with comms team to use social media channels for product marketing campaigns
  • Report and manage activity against the plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – post-campaign reports to demonstrate effectiveness
  • Assist in copywriting and proofreading for marketing collateral
  • Basic graphical updates and amends on an ad-hoc basis (training will be provided)
  • Assist with Live Casino product marketing campaigns

Education / Experience

 

  • 3-5 years minimum marketing experience in B2B software
  • Experience using photoshop and indesign (would be a bonus, but not essential)
  • 3 years minimum experience in gaming industry
