We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our ever-growing #PlaytechFamily. The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing insight into operational and financial business performance for company leadership through the analysis of results versus budget, forecast and historical performance.

The main duties and responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to: 

• Working with business units, commercial teams and accounting teams across the company
• Working with large sets of data, consolidation, analysis and presentation to the management
• Developing new tools and processes for monitoring and control
• Preparing Costs and PNL analysis
• Preparing monthly and ad hoc finance reports
• Being responsible for various global processes
• Monitoring and analyzing budget.

Required skills and experience:

• Work experience as a Finance Business Partner or related roles and experience
• BSc in Economics, Accounting or related discipline
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Advanced Excel knowledge (Test will be required)
• High analytical skills.

Desirable skills and experience:

• Experience in financial planning and analytics in a global company (Preferably Tech company)
• Experience with working and analyzing large sets of data
• Motivation and readiness for intensive work
• Flexible and ready to embrace changes.
