Our 600 employees based in Kyiv, Vienna, Bremen, London, Malmö, Nicosia and Sofia build the foundation of our success and YOU can become part of it!

We are now looking for an awesome and tech-savvy Agile Team Manager for one of our Digital Framework teams that develops components to build mobile and desktop web sports betting applications.

Job Description

About the position

In this role you will be a key person to keep our agile deliveries flowing at a predictable and steady pace, bringing together the team with stakeholders, other development teams, Product, UX, QA and Program Management to create the best possible end-to-end deliveries.

You practice situational leadership between coaching, project management and people management. This means that you are a servant leader and team enabler that takes care of the team in terms of support, removing impediments and creating clarity. You promote team self-organization and ownership of its deliveries by challenging them to continuously measure, visualize, evaluate, and improve performance. At the same time, you make sure that commitments are kept, and deliveries are made on time and of excellent quality. Lastly, you make sure that the team works well together, has fun and is continuously improving.

You have people management responsibilities for your team which include goal setting, performance reviews, salary reviews, competence development and recruitment.

Qualifications

Who are you?

The ideal candidate is a structured “people person” with technical know-how, leadership skills with a coaching mindset and a drive to enable and challenge the team to excel, grow and continuously improve. In this role you live by and promote our core values; Team Spirit, Responsibility and Excellence

As we are operating in a technically complex eco system, we expect that you can navigate technical discussions, understand issues and can ask the right questions. You can quickly gain a good high-level grasp of complex environments and can collaborate effectively with other teams, both in Malmö and across Europe.

You continuously develop your leadership skills and drive your own personal growth, and you have an interest and curiosity to learn new tools and skills.

To take on this role you probably have Scrum Master, SAFe or other Agile certification and a few years’ experience leading high-performing teams in an agile environment. You probably have a higher technical education or working experience associated with building software (not necessarily as a developer). You are fluent in English, in speech and writing.

While we work in hybrid mode with much freedom to work from home or the office, for this position we expect that the candidate can come to the office on a weekly basis to collaborate and socialize with colleagues.
