Our Manchester offices host the leading supplier of management systems to the bricks-and-mortar casino industry. We provide the platforms that run the leading casinos and resorts from Monte Carlo to Mendoza, Santiago to Sochi, Manila to Marrakesh and Saigon to Salford.

You will be working across a wide variety of business applications and technology solutions. 

In this role, we would expect you to be:

• An outstanding contributor to our diverse technical services operation
• A highly skilled engineer taking responsibility for deployments, troubleshooting and investigations with a strong focus on customer services
• An excellent written and verbal communicator, who will prepare high-quality technical documents and build productive relationships with our customers’ technical managers
• An expert consultant providing guidance, advice and assistance to our technical support team and less-experienced systems engineers
• A team player who is adaptable and able to work with a wide range of people and problems

For this role, we expect:

• 5+ years’ experience supporting or deploying complex web-based business applications
• Very good SQL and IIS experience
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft OS from Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10 onwards.
• A skilled problem solver who works well with other people and is committed to the cause

The following would be desirable:

• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Rabbit MQ or similar, Azure DevOps or Octopus Deploy
